Get College Ready is an academic departments and pre-college programs showcase. At this event you can recruit students for summer school and other online enrichment programs. You can invite faculty members who can share information about majors, undergraduate research and other academic opportunities. Start your recruitment year early and meet students from high schools across South Asia where majority of the students are interested in studying abroad and their families can afford the cost of US education.

Engage in substantive conversations with prospective students on networking tables, increasing the chances of converting them to applicants.

Share informative videos and brochures with students visiting your exhibition booth.

Airmeet event setup and support

We use Airmeet’s new Summit format that allows concurrent sessions, booths, and social lounge features. Our team conducts dry runs for participants and speakers/presenters. Helpdesks are set up to address tech issues attendees face. Our team drives the engagement of attendees using the chatbox on the day of the event. Data and Analytics

Social Media Marketing and Attendance

Our team does an extensive social media campaign to get right-fit students to sign up. We reduce melt by ensuring participation through mail and Whatsapp campaigns.

Data and Analytics

Names, School Name, Graduation Year, City, Country and Email IDs of all attendees will be shared with all colleges. A separate sheet with contact information of people who visited your Arimeet table will be made available as well. We can customise the lead capture form for other relevant data like Date of Birth, Interests and Gender for CRMs like Slate.
