The Oddle Mentorship Program pairs Edbrand’s trained mentors with high school students interested in building their resumes through exposure to journalistic and creative writing processes. Through the Oddle Mentorship program, we aim to provide a collaborative and individualized spirit of correspondence between students and mentors. Students will share bi-weekly work with their mentors and peers and be workshopped to enhance their critical reading and writing skills.

Students will also gain access to the following four workshops led by specialized Edbrand mentors:

• Blog Writing
• Creative Writing
• Comic Writing
• Research Methodologies

Skills gained through the program will highly benefit students who wish to explore journalism, creative writing, or simply writing for the sake of it! It will also help students prepare for college essay writing along with providing them with life-long skills that will help them with articulating their thoughts.
