At the Stage, you can use the “Live Chat” feature to express your doubts or “Direct Message” the host (Arjun Seth). A member of our team will respond to you soon.
Alternatively, you can write to support@colledgefair.live and we will get back to you.
Q.4 Do I have to sit at an assigned seat at the Networking Meet and CollEDGE Fair Tables Zones?
At the Networking Meet - High school and Independent counsellors will seat themselves based on the regional zones where their schools or offices are located. We have separate tables for North, South, East and West India, schools outside India and independent counsellors. You can feel free to move around and join any of the tables to network.
We will also have a few tables assigned for one-to-one meetings should you wish to have a separate conversation. You can reach out to our team members at the CollEDGE Fair Help Desk Tables for any queries or concerns.
At the CollEDGE Fair Tables - You will find pre-assigned tables for your organisation. Each table will have six to eight chairs (this is dynamic and can accommodate up to a maximum of eight chairs based on how many people show up to meet you at a given moment) . Every third table will also be assigned for one-to-one meetings for your convenience should you or a student want to have a separate conversation. A few tables are marked as the CollEDGE Fair Help Desk. You can reach out to our team members there for any assistance, including managing your table should you require a quick break or want to attend any of the sessions on The Stage.

The Counsellor Networking Meet and CollEDGE Fair Tables have several 1:1 tables where you can have one-on-one conversations with counsellors or students respectively.
Q.6 The table at the Networking Meet I wish to sit at is full. What do I do?
The tables in the Networking Meet can accommodate upto 8 people. Once this number is full, you will not be able to join that table till a spot opens up. As you wait for a spot, we recommend you interact with counsellors at the other tables or check out one of the information sessions at The Stage.
Q.7 How do I reserve my spot at my table in the CollEDGE Fair Tables zone?
You can reach out to us at one of the help desks and we will reserve your spot for you should you need a break or have to attend a session at the Stage. In case you forego this step and find your spot taken, please reach out to us at the help desk and we will get you your seat back.
