Lake Forest is a small, private liberal arts college located 30 miles north of Chicago in the suburban town Lake Forest, Illinois, USA. We are a ten minute walk away from Lake Michigan and a ten minute walk from the Metra, a two-story commuter rail connecting the suburbs to the city. There are approximately 1,500 students that attend Lake Forest. The College's 107 acres are spread out across three campuses that are divided by wooded ravines. We are a global institution in that 96 countries and 43 states are represented on our campus. Some of our most popular majors are business, economics, communications, and biology.
